In 2015 Pakistani Expats, Saith Saab and Hagi Saab established New Holy Home to provide a reliable, professional, and cost-effective property maintenance service for customers across Dubai. Fueled by the frustrations of notoriously unreliable technicians and unnecessary multiple visits, Saith Saab & Hagi Saab strove to create a maintenance service that thrived on exceptional customer service and well-trained technicians that complete the job right – first time and guaranteed.

Since that time, New Holy Home has grown to become Dubai’s most reliable independent maintenance service company. Still overseen by Saith Saab & Hagi Saab and managed by a skilled team of UAE trained Operations and Bookings Managers, Holy Home has now completed nearly 60,000 jobs for more than 33,000 customers in communities throughout Dubai.

In 2015 a new arm of the business was created – Essential Maintenance annual contracts. Using the experience gained from many years of supporting customers across Dubai, Saith Saab & Hagi Saab developed simple annual maintenance contracts to cover the essentials. The Essential Maintenance team delivers with the same level of customer service and workmanship that customers have come to expect from the Holy Home team 24/7, 365 days a year.
